Your Chiropractor will meet you in reception and after filling in a few forms you will be taken to a private office where a history of your complaint will be taken, When we have a full understanding of your individual complaint you will be asked to get changed down to your underwear (ladies are provided with gowns) and then you will have a detailed physical examination which includes numerous Chiropractic, Orthopaedic and Neurological tests.
After the physical examination you will be given a report of findings. In this report of findings your chiropractor will clearly explain the result of the examination; you will be informed of your diagnosis, prognosis and given a treatment plan, the treatment plan is a recommended schedule of treatments to improve your condition as quickly as possible.
After the report of findings you will usually have your first treatment*
After your first visit you will need to pay at reception and make an appointment for your next treatment if necessary.
*Some patients may require further investigations before treatment can commence such as x-rays, MRI or blood tests. If this is the case then you will not be treated at the initial consultation
