Chiropractic Treatment on Insurance

We work with many health insurers who cover the cost of the treatment we provide. Whenever possible we will invoice your insurer directly.

Each insurer will have their own procedures but, generally speaking, you will need treatment to be authorised by your health insurer before going ahead. Once you have this authorisation you can arrange an appointment to see us and please remember to bring the authorisation details with you.

To make it easy for your insurer to know that you would like to see us specifically you should give them our address.

They might also like to make reference to our provider number. For Bupa it is ————-, and for AXA it is ————–. For all other providers, such as Simply Health, Cigna, WPA or Vitality, amongst others, our address should suffice. Please contact us should you run into any difficulties.

Sometimes an insurer will only allow you to have a certain number of sessions. Whilst we always endeavour to get you better in the quickest time possible we cannot guarantee that we will achieve everything we want if a limit on the amount of treatment you are allowed has been imposed.

However, it is not unusual for an insurer to show flexibility if they recognise that progress has been made and you would like to continue treatment, so they may extend the limit following a reassessment.

But even if they choose not to you will always have the option of completing your treatment programme by self-paying.
