According to clinical guidelines, X-rays are only recommended when there's trauma, specific red flags, or certain conditions that require visualization. For the majority of patients with common issues like back pain, neck pain, or headaches, X-rays don't change the treatment approach and expose you to unnecessary radiation. At Momentum Clinic, we assess you properly first. If imaging is clinically necessary, we'll explain why and arrange it. But we won't include it in a 'deal' just to inflate the perceived value. This is about your health, not marketing gimmicks. Result: You get honest care, save money, and avoid unnecessary procedures.

How much does chiropractic care cost?

Our fees are clear and consistent across both clinics: Initial consultation: £70, Follow-up visits: £43 each. Most patients attend 4–8 sessions in the first six weeks. You'll never be pressured into a long-term plan or upfront payment.
